SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped Ground via United Parcel Service (UPS). Note, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).

RETURN POLICY

EVERNIQ.COM PURCHASES

EVERNIQ provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only). A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to EVERNIQ within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

**Please note that Estate/Antique/Vintage pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales from the Estate/Antique/Vintage collection are considered final. Please see Estate/Antique/Vintage Items Terms of Sale and Disclaimer section.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance item orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. PROMOTION INFORMATION

Any product purchased during a promotion can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product.

Estate/Antique/Vintage Items Terms of Sale and Disclaimer

Please feel free to ask questions prior to purchasing. Please use the online form to submit your question(s). Many items are purchased from estate sells, auctions etc. Such items may require additional cleaning or restoration. The absence of a condition report does not guarantee excellent condition. All sales are final, no exceptions. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without recourse. EVERNIQ takes every measure possible to ensure our products are listed accurately and our sources are reputable. However, EVERNIQ makes no guarantees to the exact weights, measurements, karats, carat weight, makers, artists, materials, age, etc.

Disclaimer: All property is sold as is, where EVERNIQ does not make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. Buyer is to assume that any items with mechanical movements such as watches have not been serviced unless otherwise noted in description.

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds. All items are sold “as-is”. We will accept return if the description of the item is not as described, however, we must be notified of the return within three days from receipt of the item by purchaser, as shown by UPS tracking data, and the item must be received by EVERNIQ within ten days. A letter from an expert in the field pertaining to the item must be presented for a refund. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. Otherwise, all items purchased are final sale and no returns will be accepted under any other circumstances.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for EVERNIQ (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when the order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

COUPON CODES

Periodically, our shop runs sales and discounts that are issued using coupon codes. To receive the discount the purchaser MUST enter the coupon code at checkout. We cannot refund the discount after the purchase is made. If you need any assistance with coupon codes, please message us BEFORE you submit your order.

RE-SIZING RINGS

We are happy to re-size gold, sterling silver, and platinum rings through our reliable jeweler. We offer re-sizing services on pieces priced at $100 and up.

Generally, our jeweler is able to downsize gold, platinum, and sterling silver rings by a maximum of 3 sizes for $35. Our jeweler can typically increase the size of gold and sterling silver ring by a maximum of 3 sizes for $65 and can increase the size of platinum rings by a maximum of two sizes for $100. Depending on the piece, some rings may be eligible for size increases up to 4 sizes from the original size for an additional $15.

Wide cigar band rings (with a shank of 4 mm or more) may incur an additional $15 fee. Fancy engraved designs that need re-created may cost an additional $15. Some rings have sizing limitations.

Our jeweler typically completes re-sizing within 1-2 weeks. Of course, many rings can also likely be re-sized locally by your jeweler. Please note, all re-sized rings are considered final sale.

Resized pieces are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.

PHOTOGRAPHY / COLORS

All of our jewelry is shot in natural, unfiltered light. Please be aware that the appearance of colors can vary based upon your monitor & display settings. We always try to photograph & describe colors to the best of our ability.
